For the countries launching the new store format, we visited the first opening stores in each market — directing the Z Fold 8 exhibition and the rollout of the new display system on the floor, and training local teams to run it.

INTRODUCTION
Four markets, one index. The test was not whether the system worked in Seoul — it was whether a local crew could build a floor from the drawings alone, and keep building it after we left.
Singapore
Where the rollout began, the first store to prove that a floor could be built from drawings alone.
Thailand
The first market to open two stores in parallel — same drawings, two sites at once.
Indonesia
Farther from Seoul, same result — a local crew working from the same index.
Malaysia
The last market of the run — by now, opening day was routine.
OUTCOME
Four markets · one drawing set · local crews on every floor.
